I can’t believe that it was over a year and a half ago that I did big brother’s newborn pictures. What a pleasure it was to visit this growing family again and capture these images for them of both of their adorable boys. Big brother wasn’t feeling so great this day but he was still very sweet and cooperative. Both of these boys are just soooo cute I wish I could have scooped them up and taken them home. Thanks so much for such an enjoyable afternoon. Here is your little peek of some of your session. Enjoy!

This lucky baby is part of a beautiful, beautiful family. I could not believe that mom had just given birth to her fourth baby. She looked fantastic! I was sooo jealous. LOL. Baby girl’s older siblings are about the most beautiful and well behaved children you could meet. Each one of them was a joy to spend the afternoon with. Thank you so much to all of you for putting up me with me all day and then giving me dinner and a delicious dessert! It was yummy and very much appreciated.
Here is your precious little girl.

I have known Aubree’ since before she was in kindergarten. I can’t believe that now she is graduating high school! She was an adorable child and now she is a gorgeous young woman. A beautiful girl inside and out. I know her family is so proud of her. She now lives a few states away from me but we made arrangements to do her senior pictures for her recently. Actually we had so much fun that we are planning on doing another shoot within the next few weeks. I can’t wait!
I hope you enjoy your sneak peek. Thanks for being such a good sport and putting up with the hot sun, weeds, wasps and everything else.

This baby is so lucky to have these two as her parents. They are so much fun and so beautiful and so perfect for each other. I can only imagine how beautiful Rhylie is going to be. I can’t wait for her arrival so I can do her newborn session. I predict she will have big beautiful eyes, perfect lips and a head full of gorgeous dark hair.
Actually this is only part A of their maternity session. We will be doing part B in a few weeks and most of that will be shot indoors. So stay tuned for those pics.
I hope you enjoy your sneak peek. I know you had to wait a bit for it. Thanks for your patience.

It was a weekend of sweating gallons in almost unbearably hot weather, barely any sleep, and exhaustion. It was a weekend of bliss. :-) I had the exciting opportunity to get together with a group of very talented photographers and learn tons while shooting some beautiful models. Julie Wagoner of Uppercase Photography hosted and planned this wonderful get together. She chose beautiful children and led us to some fabulous locations. One was a loft that is quite simply a photographer’s dream. Other locations were a gorgeous field of wildflowers and beautiful flower gardens nestled in a park like setting. Julie spent an immeasurable amount of time planning this weekend for us and it certainly showed. It truly was a weekend that I will never forget. Thank you Julie and to all the other photographers that contributed so greatly to this weekend of bliss!
Here are some of the images that I was able to capture during this weekend. Thank you for stopping by to look through them.

A new baby sister is on the way to this family. Soon to be “big” sister can hardly wait! When I arrived at their home I was thrilled with the 12 acres of fields in their “backyard”. Plus an old barn! Happy photographer!! LOL. I had such wonderful time with this family and I can’t wait to meet the new little girl soon. I hope you enjoy your little peek of your session. Thanks for letting me spend the afternoon with you.

Beautiful “big” sister who is as sweet as can be!

This one was processed with a “vintage-y” effect.

I think I fell in love yesterday when I had the sweet pleasure of photographing this little man. Oh goodness he is a sweetheart. I loved every minute with him and his wonderful family. He was one of the more mellow babies I have encountered (and that includes my own! LOL). He was so willing to model some hats for us. Speaking of the hats…they are sooo cute and I am very thankful to the etsy seller who made them for me. Check out all of her cute hats and blankets at www.etsy.com/shop/Rareware.
Mom and Dad (and Grandma too!) I hope you enjoy your sneak peek. Thanks so much for sharing your little guy with me.

From this perfect belly came this perfect little boy. Oh my is he cute. And oh so tiny. Only 5 pounds 4 oz at birth. As if being ever so cute isn’t enough he is ever so sweet and mellow on top of it all. I could have held him forever. Mom and Dad I can see why you are totally over the moon with your new little boy. He truly is perfect. Thanks for letting me spend the day with you. I really enjoyed it. I hope you enjoy your sneak peek.

Snowstorms tried to keep us from getting Miss B’s newborn pictures taken but we found a window of good weather and made our way over the mountains. Little Miss B proved to be a feisty girl and wanted things her way but we persevered and managed to get some lovely shots. She is an adorable baby with gorgeous big eyes. Oh I just love newborns. sigh..
Mom and Dad (and Grandma too!) thank you for letting me spend the afternoon with you and your precious little one. Enjoy your sneak peek!

This is my daughter’s good friend who is graduating high school early. She is one of the best “kids” around and we just love her. Her parents are so proud of her as they should be. I have to say what a good sport she is too….we have had the most wicked cold winter in NC this year and she was still game to take pics outside. Thanks J.!
